Shipping & returns
Every shop on Mikey's Market is run by an independent seller, so each one sets its own delivery and returns. Here's how it works.
Last updated 21 October 2026. This is a plain-English draft written while Mikey's Market is in its early stage. It will be reviewed and updated before card payments open.
Who ships your order
Sellers pack and send their own orders. If your bag holds items from more than one shop, checkout creates a separate order for each shop, and each arrives separately.
Where sellers deliver
Mikey's Market is open worldwide. Each shop lists the countries it delivers to — you'll see this on product pages and the shop's page. Some shops deliver everywhere; others only to certain countries. Checkout only accepts a delivery address in a country the seller ships to.
Addresses are international: a street, city and country are required, and region or postal code are optional.
Delivery costs and currency
- Each shop charges one delivery price per order (some offer free delivery).
- Delivery is charged in the shop's own currency, the same currency as its prices, and we never convert it.
- Your bag and checkout show the delivery cost for each shop before you place your order.
Customs and import charges
When an order crosses a border, your country may charge import duties or taxes when it arrives. These aren't included in the price and are usually paid by the person receiving the parcel. Check your local rules if you're unsure.
Tracking your order
You can follow each order in My orders. When a seller sends your order they can add a tracking reference, which appears there.
Returns
Each seller sets their own returns policy, which appears on their product pages and shop page. Handmade and made-to-order items, and opened food or treats, are often not returnable for hygiene reasons — check before you buy.
Where a seller doesn't state a policy, contact them through our contact page within 14 days of delivery and we'll help you reach an answer. Your local consumer laws may give you additional rights.
If something goes wrong
If an order arrives damaged, isn't what was described, or doesn't arrive, please get in touch with your order number. Card payments aren't switched on yet, so no money is taken when you place an order today; full buyer protection will be described here before payments open.
