• Account details: your email address and password (stored securely, never readable by us), or the basic profile details shared when you sign in with Google or Lovable.
• Profile details you choose to add: such as your display name and avatar.
• Messages you send us through the contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Basic technical information needed to keep the site running and secure, such as error reports.

We don't take payments yet, so we don't collect any payment details.

• To create and run your account, and to keep it secure.
• To send essential emails, such as confirming your address or resetting your password.
• To reply to messages you send us.
• To fix problems and improve Mikey's Market.

We don't send marketing emails without your permission, and we never sell your personal information.

We use trusted service providers to host the site, store data and send account emails. They only process your information on our behalf. If you sign in with Google or Lovable, that provider shares your basic profile with us under their own privacy policy.

We'll only share information with anyone else if the law requires it.

We use only essential browser storage to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is open. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your request. Ask us to close your account and we'll delete your personal information, except anything we're legally required to keep.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. You can update your profile at any time from your account page, and contact us for anything else.

We'll update this policy as Mikey's Market grows — in particular before payments and seller shops open — and we'll let members know about important changes. For any privacy question or request, please get in touch.
